Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy clean-up.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, onion powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
Using a spoon or a cookie scoop, form 20 “meatballs” (about 1 ounce each) and place them on the baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs for 12-15 minutes, or until the turkey reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit. We suggest using a meat thermometer to check the temperature. Overcooked meatballs will be dry.
While the meatballs are baking, add buffalo sauce, honey, minced garlic, and apple cider vinegar to a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Bring the sauce to a boil, turn it to low, and let the mixture simmer and thicken for 8-10 minutes. Stir frequently to prevent burning.
Remove the meatballs from the oven and add them to the saucepan to evenly coat each meatball.
You can eat these buffalo turkey meatballs on their own or serve them with rice, roasted potatoes, roasted vegetables, salad, or toasted baguette.
