Instructions
Peel the bananas and slice each one in half lengthwise, then cut each long piece in half widthwise. You’ll end up with 12 flat banana sections total. Place them on a parchment-lined tray.
Spread a layer of peanut butter over each banana piece.
Add chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 20–30 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until melted and smooth. Use a spoon to drizzle the melted chocolate over each section. Add any other toppings of choice on top of the chocolate drizzle as well.
Place the banana bars in the freezer and freeze until solid, about an hour. Let them sit for 5-10 minutes before eating.
