Begin by washing and drying the potatoes. Next, cut the potatoes into pieces that are about 1” in size. Place the cut potatoes into a large bowl, drizzle with the olive oil, and stir to coat the potatoes evenly.
Measure out the spices, add them to the mixing bowl, and toss the potatoes until they are evenly coated with the spices.
Heat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and spray the basket with nonstick spray.
