This copycat Chick-fil-A Cobb Salad is fresh, easy to put together, and has an amazing combination of flavors. We've also included our own version of the tasty avocado lime ranch dressing.
Begin by preparing the chicken nuggets according to package directions, either in the oven or air fryer.
Prepare the other toppings. Rinse and chop the romaine lettuce, dice the hard boiled eggs, and halve the tomatoes. Cook and chop the bacon if it is not already prepared.
Add all of the dressing ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. If you like a lot of dressing, feel free to double the dressing recipe.
Once the chicken nuggets are fully cooked and crispy, let them cool for 5 minutes before cutting them in half.
Assemble the salad, and add dressing to each portion.

This recipe is gluten-free if you use a brand of gluten-free chicken nuggets.
For a dairy-free version, omit the cheese and use a dairy-free brand of ranch dressing like Primal Kitchen.
