Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, add the melted butter, honey, Greek yogurt, milk, eggs, and vanilla. Whisk well.
Next, add the flour, cornmeal, baking powder, and salt. Mix until combined.
Line an 8x8 square pan with parchment paper. Add the batter to the pan and smooth the batter into an even layer.
Bake for 22-28 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is fully set, or when a toothpick comes out with only a few moist crumbs on it.
