Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie (Tropical Smoothie Cafe Copycat)
This peanut butter cup smoothie is our copycat recipe of the Tropical Smoothie Cafe Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie. Our version has a lot less sugar, more protein, and is made from wholesome ingredients.
1tablespoonnatural peanut butter (feel free to add more to your liking)
Optional: 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend on high for 20 seconds until completely smooth.
Notes
This recipe is gluten-free, but ensure your protein powder is certified gluten-free. For a dairy-free option, omit the cottage cheese and use a dairy-free protein powder.
