Add the brown jasmine rice, water, and salt to the instant pot and stir.
Place and lock the lid on the instant pot. Place the pressure valve to the sealing position. Set the Instant pot to manual High Pressure for 20 minutes. When the instant pot beeps, letting you know the cycle is complete, let it sit for 10 minutes before releasing the remaining pressure with the pressure valve. Remove the lid, fluff with a fork, and serve.

You can store brown rice in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. When you reheat the leftover rice, add a damp paper towel on top of the rice to help add moisture back to the rice. You can also store brown rice in the freezer in a freezer-safe container. We love making extra and freezing the brown rice to have on hand or using it for meal prep.
