Instructions
In a medium saucepan, add the chicken bone broth, garlic powder, onion powder, nutritional yeast, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Whisk to combine. Bring the broth to a boil over medium-high heat.
Once boiling, add the ramen noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until softened, breaking them apart gently with a fork or tongs. If you’re adding any vegetables, add them here.
Add the shredded rotisserie chicken to the pot and stir to combine. Let simmer for 1-2 minutes, until the chicken is warmed through.
Ladle the ramen into bowls and top with any optional add-ins of choice.
Notes
Save time/prep ahead:
Make a large batch of the ramen seasoning ahead of time. Simply add 1 tablespoon of seasoning per serving of ramen that you are making.
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
2 ¼ teaspoons salt
2 ¼ teaspoons turmeric
¾ teaspoon pepper
Use rotisserie chicken to skip cooking and shredding chicken from scratch.
Prep your toppings ahead of time by slicing green onions, washing vegetables, or preparing your soft-boiled eggs.
The broth can be mixed together ahead of time and refrigerated until you're ready to heat it.
For meal prep, store the broth, chicken, and noodles separately and assemble each bowl when you're ready to eat.
Keep a few packages of instant ramen and cooked chicken on hand for an especially quick meal on busy days. It's a great and quick lunch option too!
