¾cupold-fashioned rolled oats
1tablespooncocoa powder
1teaspoonchia seeds
¼cupfreeze-dried raspberries
¼cupchocolate chips
¼cupwhite chocolate chips
Instructions
Add the peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt to a large mixing bowl. Mix well. Add the protein powder, oats, cocoa powder, and chia seeds and mix until combined. Add the crushed freeze-dried raspberries, chocolate chips and white chocolate chips and fold in until combined.
Use a cookie scooper to scoop the mixture into balls. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge.
Notes
Store these protein balls in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week. Store them in the freezer for up to 2 months and let them come to room temperature before serving.This recipe is gluten-free with the use of certified gluten-free oats and dairy-free with the use of dairy-free chocolate chips.
