Add the peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt to a bowl. Mix well.
Add the protein powder, oats, cocoa powder, and chia seeds and mix until combined.
Add the crushed raspberries, chocolate chips and white chocolate chips and fold in until combined.
Use a cookie scooper to scoop the mixture into balls. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge.
