Notes
If you are having a hard time removing the mango popsicles from the popsicle molds, try running the outside of the mold under warm water to help loosen it. You can also let the popsicles sit out at room temperature for a few minutes.
If you don't have a popsicle mold, you can also put the mango popsicle mixture in ice cube trays or small paper or plastic cups to make mini mango popsicle cubes.
You can store the popsicles in the silicone mold or wrap them individually in plastic wrap. Then store in a gallon sized Ziploc bag or airtight container. We recommend consuming them within 1-2 months.
If you are making these popsicles to share with your baby that is under 1 year of age, make sure you skip the honey—it is recommended that a child not eat honey until after 1 year. Either replace it with maple syrup or omit all together.
This homemade popsicle recipe is gluten-free, vegetarian, and dairy-free. To make these fresh fruit popsicles vegan, simply use maple syrup in place of honey.
