Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy clean-up if desired. If you’re using brussels sprouts that need to be washed, ensure they are completely dry before beginning. We typically purchase pre-washed ones to avoid this.
Begin by cutting your Brussels sprouts in half. Add them to a medium bowl. Add the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, sriracha, salt, and minced garlic. Mix until all of the Brussels sprouts are evenly coated.
Add the Brussels sprouts to the prepared baking sheet and arrange them so the cut side is facing down. Place the baking sheet in the oven and cook for 20-23 minutes, or until the brussels sprouts are tender and crispy.
