2largetortillas or wraps of choice (regular, whole wheat, spinach)
¼cuphummus
½lbsliced turkey breast
Toppings of choice: some options include lettuce, spinach, bell pepper, red onion, cucumber, tomatoes, sprouts, pickles, banana peppers, hot sauce, dijon mustard
Instructions
Lay a tortilla on the counter or a plate and spread 2 tbsp of hummus down the center. Next, add the sliced turkey breast and any toppings of choice down the center of the tortilla (make sure to leave a little room at the top and bottom of the wrap for easy folding).
Fold the bottom and top edges of the tortilla over until they meet in the middle. Rotate the tortilla 90 degrees and then roll up from the bottom. You can cut the wrap in half down the middle if desired.
