Here are my favorite pantry items from the month of February. Some of these items were new to me this month, and some of these items are long-time favorites! The new items got my stamp of approval and will be added to the grocery list in March. Here’s to hoping March starts feeling like Spring!

1. Simple Mills
I swear I haven’t tried a single product from this brand I haven’t liked. My Costco now carries the Almond Flour Crackers and the SWEET THINS! The Honey Cinnamon Sweet Thins are like an extra crunchy graham cracker. They are also gluten-free and the perfect mid-day treat!
The almond flour crackers paired with Costco Organic Mini Hummus packs are the perfect snack. They are by far my favorite cracker out there! The crackers are made with almond flour and no artificial ingredients.
For Valentine’s Day, I picked up a box of the Simple Mills Brownie Mix for the first time and it was SO GOOD & so easy! All you need in addition to the mix is water, egg, and butter or oil. I also opted to add extra chocolate chips. The more chocolate the better in my opinion! These brownies are also gluten-free if you’re looking for a solid gluten-free brownie. They would also be a great base for an ice cream sundae.

2. Three Wishes
Three Wishes is by far my favorite new cereal to the scene. It’s made with chickpeas and is gluten-free, but don’t let that scare you away! It may not taste exactly like the traditional breakfast cereals I grew up on, but I am loving the cinnamon and fruity cereal flavors. If traditional cereal is your love, continue on! If you’re looking to try something new, I think Three Wishes is a great option.

3. Aloha Butter
I absolutely love the taste of this Aloha Butter–it reminds me of Hawaii and I haven’t found anything else like it! I love to add Aloha Butter to my waffles, overnight oats, chia pudding, baked oatmeal, smoothie bowls, and protein shakes. Offbeat butters are not sold in every store and can be a bit of a splurge. If you’re local to Utah, you can find it at Harmons. If not, you can ship it right to your front door, which is what I do!
4. Kirkland Organic Natural Peanut Butter
If you haven’t already noticed, a lot of our recipes use peanut butter. That’s because I’m a big peanut butter fan! This is the Costco peanut butter I use for the monster protein bites, peanut butter banana chocolate chip muffins, and peanut dressing to name a few. I also use it in my protein shakes and pretty much anything else that goes with peanut butter. It’s a great price for organic natural peanut butter and that’s important when you go through it as quickly as I do. I prefer to use natural peanut butter with only two ingredients: peanuts and salt. This fits the bill!

5. Truvani Protein Powder
Truvani is my favorite plant-based protein powder. I have tried the banana cinnamon, chocolate, vanilla, and chocolate peanut butter and like them all! I love chocolate for protein shakes and vanilla for protein balls and baking. Truvani is a great option for anyone who prefers a plant-based protein powder, but it is especially great for those who may have allergies to dairy, gluten, or soy. It’s made from a blend of organic pea protein, organic pumpkin seed protein, and organic sunflower seed protein and is free from common allergens. Additionally, it contains no added sugar, artificial sweeteners, or artificial flavors, and is non-GMO and USDA-certified organic. It checks every box! Check out our protein berry smoothie bowl, monster protein bites, and chia pudding recipes for some other fun ways to incorporate this protein powder.

6. Chomps Jerky Sticks
I’m a turkey jerky fan, but Chomps also has beef options as well. These are such an easy on-the-go snack option to curb my hunger between lunch and dinner. I’ve found the cheapest price at my local Trader Joe’s, and always snag an extra one to eat on the way home from the grocery store.

7. Late July Jalapeno Lime Chips
These Late July Jalapeno Lime Chips taste like a grown-up lime edition of a cool ranch Dorito. I eat them on their own and they don’t need anything with them! If you’re looking to up your chips and salsa game though, give them a try. These chips didn’t make it to the end of the month for us.

8. Lesser Evil Popcorn
Lesser Evil Popcorn is now sold at Walmart as well as Target and Sprouts. It’s my favorite popcorn on the market. It’s popped with coconut oil and it gives it a slightly coco-nutty flavor! I love the Himalayan Pink Salt, Himalayan Sweetness, Himalayan Gold, and “No-Cheese” Cheesiness. Himalayan Gold tastes the closest to your traditional butter popcorn. This month I had the Himalayan Pink Salt on hand and it’s hard to beat.

9. Unreal Dark Chocolate Covered Peanuts
I tried the Unreal Peanut Gems this month and loved them! It’s basically a dark chocolate version of a peanut M&M with cuter colors and no artificial dyes. I’ll definitely be purchasing again. I also love their dark chocolate peanut butter cups and milk chocolate gems.

10. True Lemon Strawberry Lemonade
You either drink sparkling water at least once a day or you completely despise it. I swear there’s no in-between! Personally, I’m a big sparkling water fan. If you’re a sparkling water skeptic, add one of these True Lemon Strawberry Lemonade packets to a can or two and squeeze some fresh lime or lemon on top. You’ll be surprised how flavorful it is. These packets are also wayyy cheaper compared to a lot of the options out there and I like the ingredients in the packets.
That's a wrap on my favorite pantry items from February! If you have any suggestions for my next trip to the grocery store, let me know. I love trying new products and mixing it up!
XO, Olivia
