This fresh fruit salsa is our go to for summer parties. When it's hot outside and you don't feel like heating up your house by cooking, it's the perfect dish to bring to summer BBQs or a pool party! This easy fruit salsa recipe is packed with some of our favorite fruits and a little cinnamon, lime juice, and honey. We like to eat the fruit salsa on its own or with cinnamon tortilla chips. It's the perfect way to use up those summer fruits. Let's make this easy recipe!
What ingredients do you need?
Chopped Mango, Pineapple, and Strawberries
These fruits form the base of the fruit salad. Ensure that you chop the fruit into small pieces. Feel free to swap, remove, or add any extra fruit. Fresh peaches would be a great summer addition.
Lime Juice, Cinnamon, Honey
The lime juice brings out the flavor of the fruit and the honey helps to bring out the sweetness. Since we typically serve this fruity salsa with cinnamon chips, we love to add a little cinnamon.
Cinnamon Sugar Chips
We like to buy the Siete Churro chips for ease and convenience. You can also easily make your own homemade cinnamon chips in the oven or air fryer. All you have to do is cut up a few flour tortillas into triangle shapes, spray them with a little melted butter or olive oil cooking spray, and sprinkle them with a cinnamon-sugar mixture. Simply bake or air fry them at 400 degrees until they are golden brown and crispy. Cinnamon sugar pita chips are also a great option.
