Ingredient Notes
- Kettle Corn or Popcorn of choice - we love to use Boom Chicka Pop* or Lesser Evil Popcorn. You can use your favorite! Popcorn also provides a good amount of fiber. You can also make your own air-popped popcorn with unpopped kernels if you prefer. Microwave popcorn or stovetop popcorn will work great as well, just be sure to let it cool first or else you'll end up with melted chocolate.
- Choice of nuts - almonds, pecans, peanuts, cashews, any nut will work! We love to include a speciality nut like coconut roasted almonds. Feel free to mix it up!
- Dried fruit of choice - peaches, cherries, cranberries, bananas, strawberries, mango, etc. any of these will work great! You can also use freeze dried fruit.
- Chocolate treat of choice - a few ideas include M&M's, dark chocolate chips or milk chocolate, white chocolate, mini peanut butter cups, chocolate covered almonds, chocolate covered pretzels, etc.
